Lebuu's Voyage Sticker Contest Winner and Honorable Mentions
After a national call for art that would reflect the cultural significance of the expedition name Lebuu's Voyage and the excitement of the the upcoming expeditions, OET and the Palau International Coral Reef Center were thrilled to receive over 200 designs!
Together, we're proud to officially announce Ayumi (age 12) from Palau's Maris Stella School, as the winning design for the 2024 Lebuu’s Voyage Expedition Sticker! This art will be shared at upcoming events across Palau, and used by explorers the team at-sea while making exciting discoveries within Palau National Marine Sanctuary. We are share pleased to share Ayumi's design and some the honorable mentions awardees in this album.
Lebuu's Voyage I - Palau

Building on the progress in the first expedition, this 11-day expedition will continue exploring Palau National Marine Sanctuary (PNMS) to understand seafloor features and the biodiversity that call deep sea habitats around Palau home. Specific cruise objectives will continue to be refined as we work with community and scientific partners.
