Through a partnership with Ocean Exploration Trust and members of the Papahānaumokuākea Native Hawaiian Cultural Working Group, we invite you to connect with a very special place in the kai lipo (deep sea) ecosystems of Papahānaumokuākea to build pilina (relationships) to Hawaiʻi’s Kūpuna (ancestral) Islands. Join us on the ship as we dive into the deep sea treading carefully and respectfully to learn more about this sacred space.
