Debra Duffy

Debra Duffy works as one of the Educators-at-Sea onboard the E/V Nautilus. She has been a science teacher in the K-12 setting for 14 years. She holds a BS and MS in geology and is currently finishing her PhD in informal science education. Debra has taught in both the college setting and K-12. Before arriving to the classroom, Debra worked as a wetland geologist in a marine research laboratory in Virginia. She is a member of numerous scientific and educational affiliations.
